Pageant

I entered the kids into an online (photo) pageant. Logan won for best smile :) and Savannah came in 3rd over all. She was so excited today that she got her "real" crown! (it's metal) Logan's prize has not come in yet.

Haircut for Wy

Wyatt's hair has been growing so fast it was covering his eyes again. So I took him for his 2nd haircut on Monday. He looks so much older now!

Day out with Nana and Papa

On Saturday my parents picked up Logan and Savannah and took the for a "birthday" day out. They went to the Stockton childrens museum, lunch, and shopping. They got new toys, helmets, and bikes!

Party prep

Since Jared is still gone I have a lot of time on my hands at night when the kids head off to bed. So tonight I made both girls handkerchief shirts to wear at savannah cowgirl party.
I also got started on the pillow cases I'm making for all the boys at logan's sleepover. He picked out the fabric :)

Taxes

We got our taxes back!!!! Yippee!
Not doing anything to exciting..... But the peace of mind of paying all of our bills is nice!
We did get Charlotte a new "computer" so the kids wouldn't fight over the old I phones anymore. She loves it!! It's like a kiddie iPad. I also got her a Rapunzel doll. The lady at the Disney store told char they looked like twins :)
Savannah picked out a new toy too and Logan decided to save his money for something bigger. The rest of their money is going to birthday party stuff.

WLC in Utah

Jared is attending a leadership training in Utah these next 2 weeks. He says it cold but beautiful there. The class is good and he's enjoying it but there is a lot of work.
My uncle lives near the camp where Jared is and he will get to visit with him while waiting for his flight to come home. My little cousin there is Army too! :)

Boys bunk beds

After we finished the girls beds Logan was pretty jealous. He had been asking for bunk beds for a long time. So we came across a very cheap set on craigslist and I went back to work... Logan chose "army" green for the color. I got the crib underneath idea from pintrest. It was more work with Jared being gone but I'm thankful to my dad for coming over today to help me put them together! The boys are both very happy.
All the kids are happy to have a play room now too!

Girls night

I headed out Friday for pedicures, dinner, and a movie with friends. Somehow with this group we happened to detour (again) to a tattoo shop! Lol
Brandi and I had actually been talking for a long time about upgrading the simple hearts we had gotten last time. This is what we ended up with. Becky got a turtle... Her first tattoo. Christy got that cute star swirl on her side. Brandi and I did just what we planned. Mine is the foot with the orange toenails :)

Savannahs birthday

My sweet and sassy Savannah is 7!! Jared was home to go with to bring cupcakes to Savannahs class. Charlotte and I made her a big cupcake to celebrate at home :) party is march 3rd!!!

Valentines mops

Mops was great today!! Pastor Rick spoke about families and married relationships. It is always good to hear things from a mans perspective! Our publicity superstar @ mops set up this fun photo booth. It was fin watching all the photos being taken and the silliness that took place. ;)

Valentines

I love being a mom! I especially love being a mom to my loving and grateful kids. They picked out these cute Valentines for class this year and I got super big hugs for making them. I also love getting to put out some sweets and surprise them when they get up tomorrow! ;)

Cousins

We spent most of Saturday and this morning visiting in Sacramento with the Richardson's. I loved to see the kids playing with their cousins! We all loaded up and went out to the picture people to take a Grandkid picture for my Father in law. It was quite a task to get a nice shot of all 8 kids. Logan was the oldest at 8 and Morgan the youngest at 9 months. Brian and I spent the whole time trying to get the little boys to stay in the picture. We left exhausted but I think the picture turned out really nice!!
